Privacy Policy
We thank you for visiting our website. Safeguarding your data is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we would like to provide you with detailed information about the use of your data when visiting our website.
Legal Basis for Processing
Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations required for the delivery of goods or the provision of other services or consideration, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations which are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of inquiries concerning our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR. Finally, processing operations could be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This legal basis is used for processing operations which are not covered by any of the abovementioned legal grounds, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.
Disclosure of Data
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only share your personal data with third parties if:
– You have given your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
– The disclosure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
– There is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and
– The disclosure is lawful and is required for the fulfillment of a contract with you pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

You have the right to:
– Request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. – In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, restrict the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the personal data, and we no longer need the data, but you need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
– In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller;
– In accordance with Art. 22 GDPR, not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, provided that the decision is not necessary for entering into, or the performance of, a contract between you and us;
– Withdraw your consent given at any time pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR. As a result, we will no longer be allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; and
– In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters if you believe that the processing of your data violates the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
